Brand Therapy Session
$1500 USD
Whether you have a brand that feels stuck or you're building a business from the ground up, this session is here to guide you.
For those who already have a brand but feel like it’s missing direction, we’ll uncover what’s holding it back and help you refine your vision. And if you’re just starting out with big ideas but no clear way to translate them into a brand, we’ll craft a roadmap to bring your vision to life.
Together, we’ll assess your brand’s visual and verbal identity—or map out how to build one from scratch. From your website to social media and beyond, we’ll ensure your brand is consistent, cohesive, and designed to connect deeply with your audience.
Think of this as a strategic checkup (or startup guide) for your brand’s growth. You’ll walk away with a clear plan of action and the confidence to build a brand that feels true to you and irresistible to your audience.

signs that it's time for a Brand therapy session
You’re Struggling to Define What Your Brand Stands For
If someone asked about your brand’s mission or values, would you have a clear, confident answer? If not, it’s time to dig deeper.
Your Messaging Feels Disconnected or Confusing
From your website to your Instagram bio, it feels like your brand is speaking different languages—and your audience might be tuning out.
You’re Not Attracting the Right Clients
You keep getting inquiries that don’t align with what you offer, or worse, you’re not getting inquiries at all. Your brand might not be saying what it needs to.
Your Business Has Evolved, but Your Brand Hasn’t
If your services, audience, or goals have grown, but your brand still feels stuck in the past, it’s time for a refresh.
how it works
-
Initial Assessment
I kickstart every brand audit with an initial assessment. During this phase, I intentionally limit my knowledge about the client. This approach allows me to see their socials and website through the eyes of a potential customer, experiencing their brand just like the target audience would. This method enables me to identify crucial missing elements or areas that could be enhanced. For example, this involves refining key details such as clarifying your identity, defining your customer base, and explaining the reasons for choosing your brand.
Additionally, I analyze the design aspect, searching for ways to enhance the overall user experience with minimal input from the client. This can range from addressing how to use your color scheme or tackling issues like integrating your brand within marketing.
Throughout this process, I diligently take comprehensive notes.
-
Questionnaire & Research
Before I begin the brand audit, I’ll send the client a detailed questionnaire about their brand and request a mood board.
This “homework” is similar to the one I send to each of my design clients. It helps me understand your target audience, your market, your unique approach, and more.
During this step, I’m also doing my own research into your “competition” and industry. This step is really beneficial to my clients. For example, if I observe that most businesses in your industry are adopting a similar color palette, it prompts me to delve deeper into the color scheme you're utilizing and offer constructive feedback.
I continue to document detailed notes in this stage.
